This year’s theme will reflect how qualitative research is making the most of new technological opportunities and responding to client needs. The day will be split into three parts:
Fusion – making different approaches work together to deliver effective outcomes for clients
Immersion – immersing the client in the research, embedding the research into the client, so that outcomes build knowledge within the company
Transgression – how is qual breaking the old ‘rules’ and doing things differently. How is technology, the social media landscape and consumer engagement impacting the work we do
