We believe that the way clients and research agencies work together can make a real difference to people’s confidence and well-being.
Clientside researchers who support the AURA Working Well Together Charter are committing to a set of standards they will live up to when they work with agencies. We recognise that it will not always be possible for you to apply every single principle to each and every project. And that's fine. But by supporting the spirit of the charter and having conversations about ways of working up front will, we believe, will create more empathetic working relationships which will, in turn, deliver better work.

The Working Well Together (WWT) Charter is a voluntary code open to anyone working clientside: AURA membership is not a pre-requisite. We would encourage those who sign up to signal their support by using the WWT logo which can be downloaded below.
