His point was that real foresight means looking beyond the obvious consequences of what we see happening in the world. Instead, so-called system-based thinking encourages us to keep asking β… and then what?β.
In this practical session, we'll be joined by Stefan Schafer, Direct at Incite. He'll share examples of unexpected winners and losers that system-based thinking helps to explain, and suggest a way for teams to apply system-based thinking to their own situation and get a little better at seeing the future.
